On the initiative of Medicine Producers and Importers Union of Armenia the www.pharma-expo.am was developed giving the opportunity to get acquainted with the nature of annual professional pharmaceutical exhibition "PHARMA-ARMENIA EXPO" organized by MPI Union. The photos set on the website make evident the process and content of the exhibition.

On 26 April, 2012 an event devoted to the international day of Intellectual property protection was held in the Embassy of the United States of America in Armenia. The opening speech was made by the organizer of the event Economic and Commercial Officer of the Embassy of the United States of America in the RA Megan Bouldin which was followed by the screening and discussion of the movie “Dark Trade”.

On 21 April, 2012 the International Economic Conference Bridge was held in Tbilisi, Georgia on the initiative of the Ministries of Economy of Armenia and Georgia. In parallel with the Conference the Bridge Expo was held where more than 30 Armenian companies were represented.

Chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, the Industrial Board by the Prime Minister met in a regular session, attended by heads of government agencies, private sector and parliamentary group representatives.

To begin with, Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan reported back the activities carried out in the framework of the government’s export-oriented industrial policy.
